FREE SHIPPING within Australia!
Delivery
Orders are processed during business hours (no orders are processed on weekends or Australian national holidays) within 1-2 days upon confirmation of payment.
Parcels are typically delivered within 1-3 working days as a guide depending on location.
Shipping outside of Australia
We are currently shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, and New Zealand. To find out the shipping charges for your country, simply add all the items you need to your cart and proceed to checkout. Choose your country from the drop down list to see the shipping cost associated with your country.
Delivery outside of Australia
Orders are processed during business hours (no orders are processed on weekends or Australian national holidays) within 1-2 days upon confirmation of payment.
Once your order is processed it will be posted through Australia Post which usually takes 7-10 business days to be delivered depending on the destination.
Returns
Please consider your purchase carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Exchange
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, the item may be exchanged once only for another size providing:
• the item is undamaged
• the item is unworn/unused
• all tags are attached and undamaged
• the item is in the original packaging
Faulty item
Faulty items are those deemed faulty by manufacture.
Please email us at gt3mark@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the parcel and include a photograph of the fault and description.
We will issue a claim number and ask for the items to be sent back along with the following:
• the original item in question
• invoice
• all tags attached and undamaged
• packaging
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and Privateer Garage assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit.
Once we receive the goods, if the item is deemed as having a manufacturers fault, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
